Where she came from is more or less irrelevant - but her known history states that she was born to one mother in poverty in the Outer Rim, and somehow managed to end up in Coruscant in more recent years. And only more recently, she has entered the public eye as an actress... in commercials.
Frequent travelers to Coruscant might recognize her as the face of Rangoka's Speeders - where she enthusiastically reminds the customer of the long history of the vehicle seller's reputable service and their commitment to prices so low, people travel from all over the galaxy to buy speeders at Rangoka's!
