Log:The Irregulars: Jakku Pickers
Some secrets just refuse to remain buried.

[Jax Greystorm]
The remains of the Imperial Star Destroy, Dominion, junted up making an unnatural hill of the landscape. A large hole in the hull of the remains of the ship allows entry into the interior of the ship. The half buried remains of the ship have long ago been picked clean of most anything of value. Though it did leave a labyrinth of levels of durasteel, lift shafts, bulk heads, and partially open doors.
Jax stands in the shade of the entrance, He wears a pair of goggles and a hood to block out the heat of Jakku's sun. "Alright gather around. Standard reminder. We use code names on these operations. I don't care if you know my middle name for the length of this operation, I am Corsair. I suggest the rest of you do the same. The New Republic will disavow us if we're captured. I will come to rescue you." He pulls out a cantina and takes a drink. Then gestures back at the star destroyer, " What we're looking at is the Imperial Star Destroyer Dominion. It's been here since the Battle of Jakku. Mostly picked over by local scavengers over the years. Mostly ignored as well worthless the last few years. It's been habitat for local fauna. That was about till two weeks ago. Some locals got clever and used sonar to see what they can find. I don't know where the device came from but they found a chamber beneath the Dominion. Cut a hole in the bottom of the Dominion. Only one of the scavengers made it out alive. The survivor was going on about the encounter when Intel enter the bar for an exchange. His take caught Intel's curiosity and caused enough of a concern. That warranted investigation."
Jax takes .a deep breath, "Before you start with the questions about what Intel officer is taking the ravings of a sun baked drunk Scavenger. The Scavenger claimed that an indestructible stormtrooper the size of a wookiee came out of the hole after 30 years. Ripped the scavengers to shreds. The claim was enough to scare somebody in Haunted House. That got eyes on the situation. Confirmed there's something beneath the Dominion. Seismic scans from a New Republic Scout ship indicate that the Dominion crashed on top of a Sentinel Class shuttle." Jax looks at those gathered, "There was an active signal being broadcasted on old imperial channels. Ones associated with the Dark Trooper project."
Jax produces a small round disk of a holo projector, "Consider yourself read in for the following information. The Empire created at the time next generation battle droids. That are strong, fast, durable, and clever. Have built in jet packs, and a blaster cannon for a primary weapon. They make Droideka look like the droids that says 'Roger, Roger!' We do not know why they are here. We don't know if they were enroute to a facility or there were plans to unleash them at the battle. Jax showing a holographic projection of a droid that looks like a wookiee size Storm trooper. "Our mission is to infiltrate the crashed ships, assess the situation. Then either disable or destroy any Dark Troopers we locate. If we can remove them and turn them over to the New Republic. If not demo them. I brought in some local assistance. You can trust them as much as you do me.." He says looking to Rey, "It also seemed that about this time yesterday, the signal changed for some reason.
[Nerys Greystorm]
"What? //You// have a middle name too? Why is no one telling me these things?" Nerys, Jetpack to her friends, stood not far from Jax, and despite the joke, she listened with intense interest, and looked over the holoprojector equally so. As per usual, these days, Belate had stayed back with the ship, no doubt to effect a quick escape if necessary, but she had an ID10 droid with her. Possibly not HiBall, as he liked to ride the shoulders of his human companions, but it was difficult to tell them apart, honestly. "So we go in weapons hot, just in case of interference, and eliminate the threat." She nodded, more to herself than to anyone on the team, "Jetpack ready."
[Sajin]
"I should have brought my rocket launcher..." Sajin (King) says from behind the helmet of his void armor. He was wearing his light gear, shaking his head with a long and heavy sigh. "THey really need to send these things out before we prepare for the mission." He likely would have brought heavier armor and the bigger Jetpack. "Welp, better get going." He pulls his Vibrosword from his back and turns it on. It whines as the high frequency pulse vibrates through the sharp metal weapon.
[Qadira Suuryet]
Gadget (that's Kadi to her friends!) simply listens with some dismay. "Oh, stars," she mutters. "I should have - alright, we'll get in there, but if there's fighting, I'm totally ducking behind King." and that's all there is to it. The 5'3" engineer is not exactly the fighting type, though she does have void armour. And a blaster pistol. That's gotta count for something. "I promise, Corsair, that I'll warn you before I shoot at anything, okay?" she adds, though that has the sound of teasing to it. Mostly. "Gadget is - well, ready as I'll ever be. And if I get killed, well - at least I won't have to tell my husband." Hah.
[Rey Skywalker]
Rey's presence had been requested by Jax, and because of it, she's here to help. Dressed in her Jedi clothing-- though they're mostly covered over by a sandy-hued poncho --Rey nods her head gently to the briefing that Jax provides. She raises her right hand up to adjust the goggles on top of her forehead. She regards the others with a quick smile that comes and goes. "I'll do my best to help. I've heard rumors of things like this, but they were only ever that, rumors. We'll be doing the locals a great service if we can get rid of such threats to their livelihoods though."
Rey's hands go up to pull the hood up on top of her head, then brings the goggles down over her eyes. A belt around her waist has a number of scavenging items clipped to it, things she's... all too familiar with using around crash sites such as this one.
[Yuun]
Yuun was invited to join the group and honestly it was nice to be invited, still he had to pick up a code name and honestly he's bene thinking of one the whole trip out here. When Jax informs them to listen, he moves over to the group and is standing next to Rey. Dressed similar to the way he was the last time they were here, Yuun nods his head, "Call me Wolf." he says as he looks to the others, it was best for them to get to know who one another was by code names. Recognizing Qadira, he smiles to her and he looks to the others.

Stepping into the hole of the Dominion, gives way to the labyrinthe that nothing but dark halls, unopened doors, and traps. The wind rustling against the ship. As the team makes their way through the ship, the occasionally see something scurrying past that Rey could probably tell them the name of. Jax was using a datapad to try to lead them down a path. Then stepping on a panel that turned out to be removed the Corellian disappears into the black to find himself caught in a giant wiring harness below him a couple levels. The Data pad continuing to fall from his hands. The Corellian laying there in his ezra hammock. "That worked out." No signs of the Darktroopers yet.
[Nerys Greystorm]
While they waited to begin, Nerys and her droid prepared themselves. She brought the bag around, pulling the front open to withdraw her bowcaster from its harness. The droid drifted down, retrieving a pistol from the side pocket. The pistol was huge, in comparison to the small ID10 droid, but the droid made adjustments, its two 'hands' gripping the pistol as a normal wielder might have held a shotgun, its legs drawn up to help brace the weapon. "Bitty," Nerys commented to the droid, "You hide if things get bad." The droid made what might have been a snorting sound. Once the pair had the all clear to enter, they did just that, Bitty hovering just behind Nerys' right shoulder as the pair made their way into the ship, moving in perfect concert, as if this were not the first time they had had to traverse an impossible maze in an impossible ship. The sudden dropping of sight of Jax brought her up short, as she took a knee next to the place where Corsair ought to be, "Corsair!" The tone of her voice was pointed in the closed comms of their units.
[Sajin]
Sajin isn't hopping through the hole like it was an easy thing. He has to balance himself as he lands just right, sticking out one foot along with his hands, standing on just one leg. "Ahhh.... ahhhh." Finally he brings the other foot down, letting out a breath. "Alright... we're okay." He looks back, seeing JAx and Rey having trouble. "Or not... you two need a lift?" He asks, moving back over near Nerys.
[Qadira Suuryet]
Gadget and Button follow in, pretty much in usual spot in the middle of the group. There's a moment of blink blink, as the void armour gets used again, and then Gadget simply starts to make her way down, using her knowledge of the design of capital ships in general and whatever specifics she's aware of for this class. It's a different sort of travelling from most of the others, but Gadget does use the secure comm channels to try to provide pointers to the others, as they go.
[Rey Skywalker]
Rey starts the climb, the wreckage is in bad shape, in that climbing is more hazardous than she'd like it. The debris being extra uneven. Her right hand extends up to grab on to an edge only to have the metal slat slide free and cause her to lose her foot holds. She slips backward and grabs on to a draining hose that she swings wide away from the wreckage on, dangling from it.
Not her finest hour, but Rey's concern isn't with herself. Its with Jax, who she saw also slip. "Are you all right?" She calls out to him, whilst swinging side to side on the hose's end...
She looks up to the others then. "Keep going, I'll be fine. I'll catch up!" She shouts out to them.
[Yuun]
Yuun on the other hand sees two of his friends ungraceful entry and he chuckles a little. He moves in last and is able to make the jump and land a little unsteady but he makes it. He looks to Rey for a moment, "Sure, sure, you just don't want anyone to see you get up unceremoniously." he smiles. He looks to Jax as well, "Seriously, you two need to work on jumping or something." he shakes his head having a bit of fun at his friends. Yuun looks to the droids quirking his eyes a little, then to the others. He moves out further just watching though he does look to Kadi, "Nice to see you again." he smiles to the woman. "I've not worked with you two before but I will help where I can."
[Jax Greystorm]
Jax calls out, "I'm fine. I lost my datapad." He lays there looking around, "I'm snug in a wiring harness." Then there's a snapping sound as Jet pack lowers a rope down to him. The harness starting to give way. Jax climbs up the rope as there's a constant pinging sound. He makes it back to top. "Thanks Jetpack." He pushes himself up onto the floor and starts to dust himself off, "YOu alright, Random Local person that I don't know your name?" He though looks at Yuun, "Thank you Wolf, I'll keep your physical recommendations in mind." He says with a smile and only a bit of sarcasm.
[Nerys Greystorm]
Nerys was not above getting help to help someone else, but she did not come unprepared. She swung the bowcaster momentarily away as she rummaged in her pack to retrieve a length of rope, which she secured to the closest thing she could find, before she moved to the edge, securing the rope around her hands in a simple catch knot, so that she could help to leverage Jax out, "I've got you Corsair, can you climb out? I can come down if you need it." But it turned out he didn't need it, and she simple braced herself, pulling up and twisting the coil of rope as he climbed out, using herself as a brace, trying to shorten the trip. "Bitty can go and find it. We might need it." Once he was back on the ground, she made short work of retrieving the rope, coiling it and tucking it back away. They might need it again.
[Sajin]
Sajin grabs hold of a more sturdy piece of piping that's jutting out from the housing their in. He leans forward, offering his gauntleted hand towards the Jedi Paragon. "I got you, kiddo. Come on."
Sajin helped pull her up to his level, making sure she has a good footing before continuing on himself. "Best to stay together." He looks around to the others before peering ahead.
[Qadira Suuryet]
Gadget pauses, waiting, for the others. There's just no way she's going without them. "We don't leave people behind," she says softly. "Corsair said it better though." She looks over Jax and Rey as they are helped, making sure as best she can that they seem to be okay. A moment and a nod to Yuun. "And you also, Wulf," she says. "Gadget, that's me." Button simply rests on its hover jets behind Kadi and a bit above her head. Ready to help, if needed. Once everone is all secure and safe, she's ready to make her way all the rest of the way down. "Who even dreams up this stuff?" she murmurs softly. "I mean, always a bigger and better way to kill people and all. I'd rather design new space ships."
[Rey Skywalker]
With the offered help from Sajin, Rey reaches out to the gauntleted hand, then the piping along the side of the wreckage and she's far better able to move. "Thank you." She offers to Sajin with a quick smile, her eyes covered over by the goggles worn on her face. "I guess I'm a bit rusty, that's scavenger humor." She adds a faint grin before proceeding onward now, doing much better. "Be careful, Wolf." Rey calls out to Yuun, being that he's another member of her young Jedi Order. She plans her footholds better, along with her grips and motions... or so she hopes.
[Yuun]
A grin plays on his face, "I will." he says to Rey. He looks to Gadget, "Been a while Gadget." he says to her. He looks around at the others and shakes his head at Jax. He stretches fully and keeps an eye out on their surroundings to make sure that they aren't being watched. The dark skinned young man, rubs the back of his head, "We shouldn't leave anyone behind, something I agree with whole heartedly."
[Jax Greystorm]
The Team found themselves in the bowels of the ship, a lone statue of a form emerging in the dark just in front of the the team barely visible. Jax had not lied when he said these things were as big as wookiees. It stood at attention at the hole, scanning and the team just beyond it's sensors. Moments later a second one emerges from the hole. The pair turning to look at each other communicating to each other in the rapid response of a droids.
Jax moves silently his hand going to his saber readying it as he creeps along quietly.
[Nerys Greystorm]
Nerys moved carefully, and as quietly as she could, not wanting a repeat of their trip through the bowels of the ship. In Jax's case, sadly, literally. She had reclaimed her bowcaster and she and her droid moved with the team, advancing towards where they had intel that the access point should be. And then the worst case scenario. Why couldn't they have gone back to sleep? Alas. Nerys moved, finding a half wall to crouch behind, using her smallness to her advantage, she hoped, to keep herself from taking the full brunt of any blaster fire aimed at herself. Or her droid. Must protect the droid.
[Sajin]
As the imperial gibberish pierced Sajin's ears, he slowed down and started to creep towards the noise. He spied the second trooper emerging from the dark abyss of the hole, drawing the King's attention. He twirls his vibro sword around his wrists. The shadowplates on his armor shimmer as he moves, the balls of his feet quiet as he tiptoes across the metal. He didn't make a single sound. As soon as he's on top of Alpha he attacks, his blade cutting into the hold armor, likely degraded with the years. He twists, attempting a spinning back hand with his blade, yet the trooper dodges and instead the blade cuts through some of the hull there.
[Qadira Suuryet]
Oh, criminy! There they are! Kadi simply ducks down, not moving, quiet as she can be. Cover and whatever she can hide behind, that's her immediate reaction. Eyes big as saucers, she peeks out and watches as King (poor brave soul) attacks one of those things. They really are big as Wookiees! "That's just - wrong," she mutters. Button is quiet as can be, at this point, under stealth protocols. Kadi has a datapad, shielded so it doesn't give off light, and she's got low light vision from the void suit. She does pull her blaster, just in case, but her attention is on the datapad, throw away as it is, ready to try to hack into - anything she can figure out that can be hacked.
[Rey Skywalker]
Rey drops down from the climb and moves to catch up with the others, she looks ahead to what they see and raises a hand up to put her goggles back on top of her head. These crash sites are... hazardous, for all manner of reasons... but... "I've never seen anything like that." Rey mutters to those with her.
Rey's hand goes to her side, she detaches her lightsaber hilt from beneath the cover of the satchel that hangs at her hip, then grips it in her hand,but does not yet activate it. After scurrying through the darkness, she watches Sajin engage the 'things' in combat, and attempts to help with an outstretched hand and a telekinetic blast!
[Yuun]
Wolf moves from his cover as Saijin begins to attack, he smirks a little bit liking this team. He sees the force being used and he smiles as he glances to Rey and he quickly moves from cover after igniting his lightsaber moving to cover their Slicer just in case they try to fire on her. "I got your back." he says as he watches and prepares himself.
[Jax Greystorm]
Sajin goes running down the hall like a man on fire and goes swinging at Alpha. Jax follows down the hall behind him, "We really got to start coordinating these attack plans! One of these days berserker charges is going to end badly." They have in the past already as Jax for both the King and the Corsair. The Corellian pulls his saber lighting it as he goes putting the hall in a blue glow. The saber wishing around to slice off the gun arm off Beta as the trooper jumps back. The second swing missing. Then Jax's saber bisecting the Dark trooper beta causing it to topple to the side in two pieces.
Alpha fires at the two targets closest to him being Jax and Sajin. The large cannon barely missing both and making Jax hit the deck.
There's a roar in the hole and light. Then a third Dark trooper, this one using it Jet pack emerges. His gun taking aim at the heroes.
[Nerys Greystorm]
Nerys used the time to her advantage, if the few split seconds between ducking into cover and seeing the battle begin ahead of her could //be// considered time, eyes darting between the two targets, accessing how they were being attacked and by whom. She aimed at the trooper who had been engaged by Sajin, judging, perhaps, that he was the more vulnerable target, angling her shot upward, so that she could attempt a headshot. It made more sense than trying to shoot around, or, goodness forfend //through// the Hapan. The blast of light from the ascent of the third of the Dark troopers did nothing to stop the bolt that flashed across the distance between where she was crouched and where the Alpha was trying to fire on its attackers, but, perhaps, if she was lucky, the shadows it cast in the room would not be completely dissipated around her and her hiding place. From over her right, non-dominant shoulder, The small ID10 droid, clearly no coward, aimed as well, leaving the ground dwelling droid to her mistress as she took aim at the one who was ascending. Though no one was quite close enough to hear it besides Nerys herself, the tiny droid's repulsors whined, timed perfectly to fight the recoil that surely would have blown her backwards. Sadly, only one of the blaster bolts hit her target. That was alright, she had many more.
[Sajin]
"If you gave me more information on mission specifics before hand I would have just launched a concussion missile at 'em!" Sajin says as he steps out of the way just as a blast bolt zips past him. Rey's attack likely threw off the trooper just enough to miss Sajin, the King of Drik pivoting as Nerys' bolt slams into the trooper. He raises his vibrosword and swings down hard, separating the trooper's helmet and head from the rest of the body. The large being goes limp, the helmet rolling away and finally resting at Rey's feet. As he hears Gamma rocketing towards them, he turns his head and sighs. "We seem to be doing just fine with the gung ho approach, Corsair..." He twirls his blade, readying himself.
[Qadira Suuryet]
Kadi has her blaster, and she peeks out every so often. Of course if folks have raced down a hallway, then she might have to get closer, so she can hear what's going on, and try to - do something. She right at the moment flinches at the lightsaber attacks, almost in sympathy for the droids. Because ow. Just - ow. Lightsaber are not fun, when you're the one getting crispy from them. She ducks back into cover, looking at the computer, then back over. Nothing there yet. "Oh, come on, seriously? Who writes these security codes? Peaches?" Grumble. She keeps working on it.
[Rey Skywalker]
Rey's lightsaber hilt is held within her left hand now as her right flexes the fingers, watching the others engaging the Dark Troopers. She steps out of the shadows, her hood whipping against the sides of her face in the winds being turhsed through the interior of this wrecked hulk. She watches Sajin deal with the Alpha, dropping it to just in front of her feet, before she looks up to see the Gamma with the jetpack jets flaring bright and hot.
Rey's hand reaches up, not with the intention of pushing the Jetpack flyer up and away, but rather to pull them down and in to the ground! Bring him down closer to their level, so to speak...
[Yuun]
Yuun sees the Dark Trooper attacking them all from above, he thinks on it but shakes his head. It was time to begin using other skills he's been training with and why not now. Looking towards the Dark Trooper, runs forward and jumps into the air, and as he does, "Hope this work like it did in training." he spins in mid-air throwing a kick. As he does aa tornado kick, he projects with the force and as he lands the kick if the trooper was closer would've landed but what happens afterwards shows that his attack landed as the Dark Trooper is sent flying backwards. Yuun grins a little as he looks to the Trooper, though his attention isn't loss as he brings his blade up into a guard position.
He really didn't need to guard as the trooper attempts to fire on him, the shot goes way wide and Yuun blinks a little as he is trying to figure out who the trooper was trying to hit. Shaking his head, he prepares as he moves in the direction of Gadget as she is still working on slicing, he keeps his focus.
[Jax Greystorm]
Jax has rolled to the side and not in the position to attack the droid. His saber glowing down in the hole. Then he looks back at the others, "Gadget! Jetpack! There's two more of those things down here booting up." Then he goes rolling away his saber turned off.
The flying Dark Trooper was hover there but mostly listing to one side. It raises it's cannon firing at Rey and Yuun.
[Nerys Greystorm]
Nerys...said a very bad word, as she got the call from Corsair, and she reached into a sleeve built onto her armor to retrieve her datapad, "Bitty identify the first signal you can and let's see if we can keep these things from causing problems." And if they were lucky, who knew, they might be able to take some whole specimens back to base. The droid, who did not lower her blaster, covering Nerys, who had to use her hands, got to work, her single red eye pulsing as she interfaced with the datapad and rode the digital signal she picked up down to its point of origin. She chittered softly in their private comms, directing Nerys to do what needed to be done. Did she just bump Nerys as the meatdroid attempted, poorly, to help out the real droid? Possibly, but they were hiding and who could say. Might have been a trick of the light. "We've got one powered back down." Nerys offered into the shared comms.
[Sajin]
The King of Drik not only had shadow plates upon his void armor, attached to the back was a small single person merr-sonn jetpack. The kind that could really only carry a small load for those much needed escape vectors. Sajin looked up, noticing the large trooper hovering above him, raining down blaster bolts from his cannon. THe Hapan triggered his jetpack, the small thruster igniting and rocketing him up violently towards the trooper. The well skilled and practiced martial artist positioned his blade just so, it slicing through the mid section of the trooper as he rocketed past. The added momentum allowing the already sharp blade to bifurcate the enemy, two pieces of one whole falling to the ground now nothing more than harmless junk like the rest of this derelict. He hovers in the air now, looking down at the booting troopers. "I think we should just detonate this entire ship at this point. Who knows how many there are."
[Qadira Suuryet]
Kadi might actually brighten for a moment. Don't tell anyone. Challenge accepted. She loves engineering puzzles like this one - and so she goes to work, fingers flying across her datapad, with expert and swift movement. Button is there, actually standing guard as Kadi works, because Kadi won't notice if someone walks up behind her. Button will though, and sound an alarm. There's a moment of rapt concentration, and then Kadi says, "I've got one locked down- and no, it's not the same one as Jetpack." Pause. "Now what?"
[Rey Skywalker]
Rey's eyes follow the incoming Gamma who fires upon her, she snaps her hand up and lets the blaster bolt collide with her upraised palm! A shower of sparks blossom out in front of her, cascading toward the dirty dank floor beneath her feet!
When the area settles again, Rey lowers her hand and gives it a gentle shake back and forth before she looks to the others. "There's no guarantee that setting of a detonation in this place would actually stop... whatever these abominations are. Their presence in the Force is unusual. I've not felt things like this before. I'm hoping we've seen the last of them."
Rey's attention, of course, is going toward Kadi. She's known Kadi for quite awhile, as the talented engineer helped build a new wing for Luke's X-wing, recovered from the oceans of Ahch-to some time ago. "It's, alive?" she asks.
[Jax Greystorm]
Jax lets out a sigh of relief. "I hope their not alive. I mean reports indicated they were droids." Jax says in the dark. He then produces a chemical light. "I will try to pass data along sooner. This one kinda came up in a hurry." He looks down at Kadi, "That thing is dead right? They're both deactivated?" Then he looks up at Rey, "Well if we don't blow them up. Can we haul them out of here and back to command." I'm quite sure the New Republic has a warehouse and top men to put these things.
[Nerys Greystorm]
Once Nerys had the all clear, Nerys did what Nerys had, had the team, aside from Jax and Kadi, but known it, literally, been built to do. She and Bitty took off to explore the facility. But not before she paused, glancing at Jax, her voice low, "There are droids and then there are droids." But that was a conversation for another day, as the pair wandered off. "I won't go far, but I want to see if we can find anything else useful." And on they went, climbing and wiggling through the warren of the ship. She kept in contact with the team, but there was little to report until...
"Gadget, got a datapad up here just outside the cockpit. Looks long dead, but I'm bringing it back to you." They'd not be too long. It didn't do to overstay your welcome.
[Sajin]
"Well you take what pieces of scrap you want, Corsair... I'm rigging the place to implode after we leave... just to be on the safe side." Sajin confirms as he pulls his fanny pouch forward and unzip it pulling out det cord, some plastic explosives, and a whole host of fun toys to assist him in the process. He hums to himself as he moves through the ship placing them in proper places.
[Qadira Suuryet]
Kadi at this point is just doing her best to make sure the dark troopers stay locked down. She smiles at Rey though, acknowledging her first. "Not alive - droids," she says. "Probably closer to droideka than anything but that's a guess." She looks to Yuun and the others and says, "Good job, keeping us all safe. you might not have any idea how much I appreciate that." And then, there's Nerys and Kadi's eyes light up. Another challenge. "You and I will have to see if we can figure it out," she offers promptly.
[Rey Skywalker]
Rey's eyes continue to look about the area, sweeping over to Sajin. "Don't get antsy with explosives, please." She warns the King of Drik, before she looks then to the droids that Kadi is speaking of. She shakes her head softly, her gaze coming up once more to Nerys who gets a momentary lingering gaze, as if the young woman is unsure of something about Nerys in-general.
Ultimately though, Rey clips her metallic hilt back to her belt beneath the satchel hanging at her hip. "Happy to do everything in my power." She tells Kadi.
"Speaking of which, put the droids together. On this." Rey leans down and starts to pick up a moderately heavy metal sheet, that used to be a wall bulkhead, even having the piping-style where lights used to be inside of the Star Destroyer's corridors.
"I'll... lift them up to the top once you're all up there, ready to receive them." She pulls the metal sheet toward the droids, dust falling off of it, making Rey raise her mask up to cover her nose and mouth.

Feeling that things have calmed down, "We need to keep vigilant." he says to everyone. He does make sure that the others are alright, moving around the group and as he looks to each one, he smiles to Kadi and nods, "I will need to speak with you once this mission is done if that's ok with you." he says to her. He looks to Rey and Jax, "You two good?" he asks and he looks to Saijin and Nerys, "What about you two?" he asks concern etched in his voice as he waits for their answer.
As he waits his shifts his senses so that he is able to look around while listening to the others and he quirks his head to the left as he notices something, and he moves down the whole and as he continues looking, he finds the comm unit the troopers were using. "Hey I found something." he says as he takes the unit and walks back to the others and hands it to Gadget. "This is what they were communicating to, maybe you can trace this back?" he asks.

"I'm good. Thank you Wolf and Mysterious Local Stranger, that I have never seen before." THen Jax begins to job of loading up the Dark troopers on the sled. "We'll look at the intel another time. It might lead to more work." The Corellian saying as he works.
Later, the team and the Darktroopers are extracted. Jax turns to look at Sajin, "if you're going to blow it up. I would do it now." He says to the team, "May the force be with you."
