Majella starts planning out her crystal hunting trip

OOC Date: November 13, 2024 (Optional)
Location: Clandestine Hold, Gathering Chamber - Gearhead District, Nar Shaddaa
Participants: Majella Rhiasharel, Saito, Yuun

Just another day in the Jedi Enclave it would seem. The few younglings present at the Enclave dip in and out of the entrance to the Training tunnel. Majella slips back out of the tunnel with a soft chuckle as her tool-box floats behind her over the heads of one of the younglings. "Carefull, careful. You almost got bonked again." She pats the child on the head before reaching up to nudge the tool box on one corner to still a slight drift. Her eyes sweeping the gathering chamber as if looking for someone before snorting and shaking her head. "Of course he is not present. I?ll have to track him down later then for the spar he wanted." she muses aloud.

A voice can be heard coming from the tunel that leads to the enclave's hiden landing pad. "No, of course not!" the person exclaims before they become visible. It is a red-haired young man, being acompanied by an Astromech droid that's rolling behind him. The droid's words are shown on a datapad that's held by the human. "No, Figly, you can't choose where we'll eat next.. There is no -we- when it comes to food, since you don't eat!" he sighs and shakes his head, pocketting the datapad and looking aorund the enxlave's main gattering area, eyes going over Majella for a moment, a hand raising to wave.

Majella Rhiasharel quirks a snowy brow up at the wave. But returns it easily enough. Then reaches up to take the weight of the tool box and set it down onto the floor as she sighs. "Ooof. But it beats trying to weave my way through the younglings when coming out towards the pads." She grins at the overheard conversation with the droid and shakes her head slightly. "There is nothing wrong with him going with you to your dinner. Though most of the better places have odd rules about no-non-organics being allowed. I'd say welcome to the rat-race, but you seem to know your way around already."

"Please, don't give him any ideas." The redhead replies, a hand moving to adjust his ponytail behind his head. "He always thinks that he can choose a good place but he doesn't even eat!" Despit his words, there is amusement in the young man's eyes. He looks at the woman when she approaches and offers her a warm smile. "Well, I was around even before this place was built.. Life was way different back then. My name is Saito, by the way." he says in a polite tone.

Majella Rhiasharel hmms softly as she cants her head slightly. "I was elsewhere when things were being built here. Probably waist deep in someone's engine or another." She sets the tool box down and shrugs. "I tended towards the training ships since I was rescued from the mines." She starts to lift a hand, then glances at it and sighs as she fishes out a cloth and wipes it down before offering it again. "Majella. You are not the one who called for a fix-up for a ship?"

"Sorry, wasn't me." Saito shakes his head. He shakes the offered hand, his hand is warm, fingers slightly calloused, an inevitable result of his profession and of the use of the lightsaber. "I just got here." he says, shrughing. "Oh, so you are mechanic, hu? That's interesting.. I happen to be a pilot. So if you ever need ships to fix.. I have a Bellbulab fighter and a Y4 military transport.." he says, still smilling.

Majella Rhiasharel wrinkles her nose as she chuckles. "An engineer actually. But I fill the roll of a mechanic when there is a need as well." Her own hand is well calloused form her own line of work. Obviously not one to not toss in her help when she is needed. "Ahh.. the Y-4 is a solid ship, a bit boxy for some tastes. I have the old, old bugger out there. The slant winged one off to the far corner of the pads."

"Well, what can I say? I mostly use the Y4 as a freighter tough I've been needing some crew." he muses. "Oh, it's that coruscant class transport?" he asks, smilling once again. "I love that design. You ahve good taste for ships, Majella." he comments. "Have you been in this moon for long?"

Majella Rhiasharel hmms softly as she mulls over the information. "It is a good ship frame. But crew could be limited if you are hauling full loads." A grin showing as she bows her head, "I saw her and couldn't resist picking her up. Too many tale of the Nebulon Ranger from some of the holocrons we had on the ship." She glances to the room in general then shakes her head slightly, "Off and on for a bit over a couple months. Been bouncing back and forth between Tempes and here for training. Still seeking a crystal of two to build my first blade. So far none have called out to me however."

Saito nods in understanding, remembering the construction of his lightsaber. "Well, don't pressure yourself.. When the time is right, you'll find a crystal." he points to the lightsaber that's attashed to his waist. "The process is long but it's sertainly worth it. As for my ship, I don't haul full loads, most of the time, due to not having enough crew.. But who knows? Perhaps that can change?" he muses. "So, tell me. Why did you become an engineer?" he asks, eyes gleaming with honest curiosity. For a moment, he makes eye contact with Majella, the contact being brief.

Majella Rhiasharel sighs, "Well, that could be any number of reasons really. I was born into a race that is enslaved to work in the mines of my home planet. I was rescued, per say, by the ability to fix something for my Master. He then turned me over to the training ship. And I've always had a knack for fixing things, so it fit my needs and wants. Plus, who doesn't like having someone around who can rewire their hyperdrive in the middle of a set of skip-jumps when there is someone pursuing your ship, right?"

Having just recently come back to Nar, Yuun is in his normal clothing. Walking through the tunnels Yuun wasn't really trying to be anywhere but as he walks into the open area of the Gathering Chamber, he looks around and as he does he sees Majella. "Hello Majella." he says to her politely.

Majella Rhiasharel glances over and offers a small grin. "Greetings to you as well, Yuun. Seems we're both back into the area." She offers a wink and a small shrug. "Was pondering a small trip out towards the astroid fields of Illum's remains. What's been on your docket of late?"

Quirking a brow up at the mention of taking a trip, "Ah, you're looking for your crystal." he says remember having talked to her previously. "When are you heading out?" he asks. "You've been doing pretty well with your training, though this is just one part of your story." he says as he looks at her.

Majella Rhiasharel hmms softly as she crosses her arms, a hand lifting to lightly tap her lower lip in thought. "I had bene proposing gathering a small group of those who might also be seeking crystals and heading out to drift through the fields a bit to see if anyone has a calling. My ship is not the largest, so probably not too many folks. Two maybe three should fit nicely. Do you know of any others who might be seeking?"

"Honestly I dont know who may need a new crystal, though I will come along." he says to her. "I could fly my ship as well if needed, but I like the initiative you're taking. This is very good." he says to her. Rubbing the back of his head and stretching out allowing the muscles in his body to pop as he stretches. "I would suggest asking some of the other Jedi if they're looking for crystals as well. See who you can find." he offers.

Majella Rhiasharel nibbles at her lower lip in thought. "That is a small trouble then as I do not know many of the current crew being fairly new from the training ships myself." She grin and shakes her head slightly. "I know you. Met a Saito earlier. Galen and Qutha both I think are well set up at the moment for crystals. I have heard that Grand Master Ren was around on Tempes, but we never crossed paths yet."
