Cin'cirad (Sira for short) is currently the XO and Wing Commander aboard the rebellion ship, CRS Legacy. She has been with this latest Rebellion since post Exegol. It's well known that she's a Mandalorian from Clan Rook, and that she's much older than the 18-year old girl that she looks like. Having survived in the interim years, she cut her teeth in especially hard times for the Rebellion, working her way up the ranks until she became a Wing Commander. She's known to be a bit quick with a smile, but equally quick to turn aggressive. Her name in Mando'a means, roughly, Daughter of snow, though there's probably more to the meaning than literal snow.
It's not a secret that she earned her callsign because she notoriously would take any shot against an enemy ship that she had. In the course of that, she routinely "stole" kills from her squadron mate, earning her the callsign Coup de Grace" or just "Coop" even though it's a different pronunciation than the origin phrase.

Squadron Information
Wing commander currently aboard the CRS Legacy. She's the overall commander of the two Squadrons aboard, the War Stills and the Red Sylops.
The War Strills tend to focus on flying Space Superiority and Interception, using mostly X-wings. The Red Sylops tend to focus more on Bombing runs and Electronic Warfare, favoring B-wings over other ships -- though depending on the current supply in the fleet, they are all well trained on the older Y-wings as well.
